A Cord of Three Strands...

Two heads are better than one. God said it is not good for man to be alone (Genesis 2:18). We are social creatures, meant to share, show and be love. This rings especially true within the sanctity of marriage. God made woman to be a helper fit for him- a suitable partner to complement him. Women are a partner to walk side by side for man to love, honor, respect and protect.

When a man and woman live a God-centered life, their marriage becomes a cord of three strands wrapped in God’s love. Life is tough enough. Lift up one another in Love. Through the covenant of marriage, we are called to sanctify one another to walk side by side on the path to salvation. Our journey on this earth is but a blink of an eye when we look at eternity. Blink with Love!

Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor. If either falls, one can help the other up.
