Believe it!

How many of us tuck certain scripture passages away in our favorite bible or prayer book? They may hold a special meaning-given to us at a particular time by a loved one. A few years ago, my mother was visiting us. Mom wrote this reflection from Psalm 105:

Believe it. Give thanks for it. Be excited you already have it. Trusting God. Trust is a golden pathway to heaven. Relying on you own understanding will weigh you down. Trust me absolutely and I will make your path straight. When my presence is the focal point of your consciousness all the pieces of your life fall into place. My light shines most brightly through believers who trust me in the dark. That kind of trust is supernatural, from my indwelling Spirit.

When things seem all wrong, trust me anyway. Hold my hand in child-like trust and the way will open up before you, step by step. And as always…
