Moses makes it quite clear when he sets before his people the way to life and prosperity and to avoid death and doom. We know what that is, right? Obeying the commandments, loving God and walking in his ways. Moses has set before his people life and death, the blessing and the curse. Choosing to follow God gives us life.

Every decision to follow Jesus nourishes our soul like a river watering a tree. Rely on God’s grace and say yes to him. Invite  the Holy Spirit to control your thoughts, words, and actions. We serve a powerful God and when we ask big things of God, it is a compliment.
