Choose to Love Genuinely!

Nobody is a complete football team. A team comprises various players, each of whom plays a specific role. Like how one part of our body requires the other, we, as individuals, require one another. Someone needs us, and we need someone. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 says, “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up!”

Let’s stop acting like we’re all whole, independent, and self-sufficient. This is a lie that the world wants us to believe. We must give and take, lean on and support one another, connect and respond, love and forgive. There is no advantage to living alone or even choosing a lonely life. Let’s not forget that we are a part of God’s enormous family. Choose to love genuinely! Consider someone with whom you can share your feelings today.
