Choose Wisely!

Proverbs 18:24 states, “A man of too many friends comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.” This is a mild caution against having too many friends, of spreading oneself too thin. It is better to have truly good friends who will stick with us through thick and thin. Cultivate a circle of genuine friends that share in your good news and success. Pay close attention to the people who do not clap when you win.

The apostle Paul says, “Outdo one another in showing honor.” We are called to be kingdom builders and rejoice in one another’s success. Each one of us has gifts and talents to share, show and be love all for the glory of God. What is the glory of God? The glory of God is Jesus Christ!
