Don’t Be Afraid​

Read Isaiah 41:13 NLT

I called a friend whom I met three years ago at the church. She shared her life before she surrendered to Jesus Christ and I am so touched with how God changed her and how powerful her testimony is. God never gave up on her, and on all of us is too. My friend told me, “Who am I to receive God’s grace and mercy?” We are in awe of God’s love anf that gave us hope to believe that if God can change us, He can and will definitely do the same thing for our family and friends. God can change a heart of stone into a heart of flesh.

The journey in our Christian life is never easy. Receiving Jesus and surrendering our life to Him is just the first step. Every day we go through spiritual battles and without our full dependence on God. Our Lord is faithful. It says in Isaiah that He holds us by our right hand. Whenever we feel afraid, let’s not forget that our God is with us.
