Experiencing the Presence of God

Who loves problems?

None of us loves problems and trials. Not only because it adds stress to our life, but because it gets the best out of us. But who among you would agree, or would have observed, that we seek God and call out on Him more when we have problems compared to when everything is going well with us?

Problems and challenges allow us to encounter a God who is loving and who, as we persevere, creates perseverance in us. Patience strengthens our character and makes us trust God more each time we use it until our hope and confidence are steady.

I don’t know with you, but I feel more mature and stronger after I go through a season of pruning. Painful situations became an opportunity for me to experience the presence of God and to know Him more. It deepens my trust in Him, making me ready to whatever will come next.
