He Came For Them Too

Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst. - 1 Timothy 1:15 NIV
Read 1 Timothy 1:12-17
Jesus came into the world to save the person you hate the most as well. That is the truth. Sometimes we look at ourselves more worthy, more kind, or more righteous compared to others. We pray, we read the scripture, and we do good, but God is not after our works but our change of hearts. He is not after our sacrifices. He delights in genuine love and forgiveness we can give to others, the same way He loved and forgave us.
Ephesians 2:8 says, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.“ Instead of hating others and feeling hopeless about their mess, why don’t we start to be the salt and light to them, help them know God, and be changed by the light of God.
Let’s not forget that in the eyes of God, there is no minor sin or big sin. We are all sinners, and there’s no way we can save ourselves outside the works of Jesus Christ.
Jesus came to save you!
