Inhale Love, Exhale Gratitude...

Today, let us start with an acceptance meditation in honor of “youth on fire.” Please close your eyes if that is comfortable. Inhale love, exhale gratitude and focus on Jesus, the prize. For in all problems, big or small, the answer is Jesus, simple, yet true. The unity circle: there is nobody above us, below us, in front of us or behind us. We are equal of importance and value in the circle just as in creation- Acceptance.

Let’s look at the trees: Acknowledge some are bigger, smaller, some are dead, and some have broken limbs. We acknowledge that diversity and differences and accept it as part of God’s creation with equal value and importance. Now, let’s go to the rocks. Beautiful rock formations: Some larger, some smaller, some eroding and some majestic rock formations in the Black Hills at Crazy Horse and Mount Rushmore.

Even the rocks have importance and value in the universe, equal to the trees, to the shrubs, to all that God has created. So now let us turn to humanity brothers and sisters and acknowledge our differences and diversity and accept one another as made in the image of Jesus. We all have the same value and importance. We are all equal in the circle, the circle is Love and that connects all that is good. As we inhale love, exhale gratitude, we focus on Jesus. The Spirit of Crazy Horse, the spirit of Love, the Great Spirit as the Holy Spirit units all in love for God is Love.
