Teach me good discernment and knowledge, For I believe in Your commandments. — Psalm 119:66
During the winter months (September- April) in the Great Plains, I take and recommend vitamin D3, 5000 units daily. Most people who live in northern latitudes are severely deficient in vitamin D during the winter months. Vitamin D is actually a hormone that is responsible for hundreds of enzymatic reactions to keep us healthy. It is vital for brain, bone, and immune system function.
My vitamin D level was low normal prior to starting supplementation. It is prudent to obtain a follow up level to ensure that the dose is sufficient. Everyone at work put in a dollar to see what my level was now. The Holy Spirit whispered a number. We placed our bets. The next day the lab result was within 2 points of the whisper. God desires your time and attention in all matters. Talk to Jesus, my guiding light.
Jesus presence is peace for me
