Our Future Is Secure in the Hands of God

Read Psalm 71:12-21

This is a great and comforting passage that reminds us of hope during life’s trials and tribulations. In life, we will face numerous challenges. No one is exempt from this fact.

God allows us to go through difficult moments in our lives. When that occurs, we might reflect on who God is. We can always have hope because of God’s character. He is a loving and compassionate Father who can heal our hearts and battle wounds. He is a sovereign and all-powerful God who can restore our lives again. We can depend and trust on God rather than our own strength because he is aware of our circumstances.

Our future is secure in the hands of God. We can be confident that God will provide us with the consolation and strength we need to persevere. May we never forget who God is.
