Jesus tells us how we are to pray as he gives us the Lord’s prayer. This prayer is powerful,simple, concise, and effective. The foundation of the Lord’s prayer is “forgiveness”- Love in action. ” If you forgive the faults of others, your heavenly Father will forgive you. If you do not forgive others, neither will your Father forgive you.”
Our call to action is to “Lead with Love.” The best way to Lead with Love as “God is Love” is to talk to Jesus in the morning. Talk to Jesus in the night. Talk to Jesus my mindful moments. Talk to Jesus my guiding light.
God knows our needs and prayer connects and keeps us in contact with our mighty God. When we surrender our will to His and reach out for his grace and mercy, we soften our hearts and trust in his goodness and that His will be done.
