The Body of Christ

It is easy to become distracted in our daily lives with the world events. We can become consumed with the “gossip” of the world or the “gospel” of our Lord, Jesus Christ. One promotes disharmony and the other peace in the present moment. As we have shared many times, “we are responsible for our health and our decisions.” So, which one will you choose?

Happiness does not come to you; it comes from you. It starts with seeking the face of Jesus Christ. Talk to Jesus my guiding light. His presence is peace for me. True happiness is an obtainable goal for all of us. Every time we receive the Body of Christ, we have an opportunity to become what we eat. The power and presence of Christ in the Eucharist becomes present in us, and effects change in ourselves and in the lives of those we meet. We then are encouraged to lead with love.
