The Wedding Feast

Read John 2:1-12

Today is the Wedding at the Veranda. Our son and now daughter will be united as one in front of family. I am so overjoyed to be a witness to their covenant with God. Not one to enjoy the “spot light”, I reassured our son that the focus is on glorifying God by letting their light shine as a witness to the power of Love.

The transformation of water into wine at the Wedding at Cana is Jesus’s first public miracle. In this wedding feast we learn that marriage is a sacrament and a covenant with God who desires to pour abundant grace upon your marriage. We also learn that obedience is the key to receiving this grace.

I prophesy that doves powered by the Holy Spirit will appear at the wedding feast and at their new home on July 11, 2020 as messengers of Love and Peace.
