We Trust God When We Ask for Wisdom

If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. — James 1:5
We don’t always know what to do, what decision to make, or which path to take. God knows His people require wisdom, and He will provide it. If any of us lack wisdom, James says we should ask God, who gives generously to all and will not be condescended to when asked for it.
Those who truly believe in God will seek His wisdom. When we ask Him for something, we must accept it with faith. We trust God when we ask for wisdom and accept His Word as truth. These steps are crucial in our pursuit of fear of the Lord. The Creator of the Universe stands ready and willing to give abundant wisdom to those who ask, based solely on their faith and trust in Him.
