What is Love?

Let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth. - 1 John 3:18
According to Robert Strand in “Moments for Each Other”, Love is an action directed to another person that is motivated by our relationship with Jesus Christ and is given freely without a personal reward in mind. Love when applied to life situations, is the factor which makes our home operate smoothly. All humans desire love and to be loved.
You may not always feel like loving or being loved, but remember that your actions of love can change the feelings and emotions of love. Let your loving actions lead the way to living fully alive in mind, body, and spirit. When we lead with love, we lead with Jesus. We find pure peace in his presence and Jesus becomes our guiding light. So talk to Jesus in the morning, talk to Jesus in the night, talk to Jesus my mindful moments, talk to Jesus my guiding light.
God is Love!
