With God

Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.” - Matthew 19:26
Have you ever had a “Red Sea” moment?
There were moments when I felt frustrated with something that doesn’t seem to work the way I want it to be. Those experiences always end up in surrender. The act of surrender used to be my last resort back then. Now, I’ve learned to surrender everything from the start. I know where my place is and I know who my God is.
I remember when my daughter and I had a discussion about something and I end up telling her to wait for the Lord because I am sure He is doing something. And my daughter, eager to act on to it, said, “There goes your faith again.” It is in our human nature to be impatient and to work things on our way. We say, “There should always be another way.”
Trusting God doesn’t mean we don’t have to do anything anymore. We are in a partnership with God. Trusting God gives us something greater than actions B, C, or D, and it is peace. When we understand who our God is and how much He loves us, we will have peace. Even though our situation is seemingly impossible, we can still sleep in peace because we know with God everything is possible.
He did it before; I know He will do it again.
