Worship the Lord!

Have you ever experiencing shouting for joy to the Lord? This is usually possible when something grand happened. Perhaps an answer to what you have been asking from God for a long time or a surprise from God through a miracle.

The psalmist is reminding us to worship the Lord with gladness. In the MSG version, it says, “Applaud God! Bring a gift of laughter, sing yourselves into his presence.” When should we worship God? Is it only during the good times and answered prayers? We should worship and praise Him when we feel like it and specially when we don’t feel like it. God is God, and God, God. He made us; we didn’t make Him (v. 3 MSG). That’s why it is just the right attitude to praise God! He is worthy of all our praises.
