Veggie Mix

Ingredients:

• 2 cups fresh choppedkale
• 1mediumcarrot,peeledandchopped
• 1smallbeet,peeledandchopped
• 1 cupwater
• 3 to 4 icecubes
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemonjuice
• 1tablespoonfreshgratedginger

Steps:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse several times then blend on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds.
  3. Pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately.
