Lean Green Machine

Ingredients:

• 2 cups choppedspinach
• 1 cup choppedkale
• 1 cup dicedcucumber
• ½ cup choppedbroccoli
• ¼cupchoppedfrozenpineapple
• ¼ cup chopped frozenmango
• 1 small carrot,chopped
• 1 to 2 cupswater
• 1 tablespoon chiaseeds
• Fresh gratedginger

Steps:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse several times then blend on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds.
  3. Pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately.
