Live Free or Die - Daily Devotion

Live as people who are free, not using your freedom as a cover-up for evil, but living as servants of God. – 1 Peter 2:16

The New Hampshire state motto is “Live free or die.” Indeed, our country was founded on Christian principles of freedom- one nation under God. We are better served by looking at God than at our problems. Talk to God all day long and treasure your relationship with Him. Never, doubt his goodness. He is good all the time. The people you love may hurt you, yet God will never disappoint you. Your strength comes from hope in him. Picture yourself walking hand in hand with Jesus; finding peace in His presence.

God is always in control; yet we cannot lean on the shovel to dig a hole. It is important to listen to His promptings and be bold and decisive in action. Sometimes God allows us to go through the painful process, so we do not walk the wrong way. Just like a good friend who gives us timely counsel, if it is part of God’s plan, God will deliver. Let go and let God. Trust God’s plan and His timing. Open your heart to God’s revelation as the best is yet to come…

Offer your life to Jesus and do your best to glory His name.
