Prayer: Purposely Practicing the Presence of Jesus

At a recent Cursillo men’s group meeting, we sat in a “prayer and unity” circle. In that circle nobody was above us, below us, in front of us, or behind us. In the circle we are all equal. The circle is LOVE, and LOVE connects all that is good. I then asked my brothers in Christ to look to their right and then to their left. I then asked them who did you see? We always place a picture of Jesus within our circle. When we can see Jesus in each person that we interact with, we are in a good spot.

I then shared a few quotes that I recently read: “The Son of God became a man, so that man could become sons of God. We are here to heal, not harm. We are here to love, not hate. We are here to create not destroy.
