Emmanuel = God Is With Us

Yes, our God is always with us. He is our light when we are in darkness. He is our strength when we are weary, and he is our hope when hope seems forlorn. I do not know how today will end, nor how my life will end. God does. I know and believe that I am His ambassador and that he has come to give me a full and abundant life. That gives me peace in the present moment.

Receptivity and attentiveness allow us to draw near to God, nurture that divine exchange, and allow Jesus to be your guiding light. Whenever your mind wanders, as it will, talk to Jesus and His presence will be peace for you and me. And you know what, by talking to Jesus, your best friend, you become His beacon for yourself and others. Let’s show the universe how big our God is. Let’s show the universe that we are the light of the world.
