Kingdom Builders

I accompanied my mother to her recent dental appointment. We were delighted to meet fellow “kingdom builders” in the waiting room. “Godcident.” Marlene shared with us her love for writing, especially poetry. For years she has been taking writing classes and enjoys the social aspects as well as growing in her proficiency as a poet. As a newly published author, I encouraged her to publish her work.

I could see her face light up and this small act of encouragement allowed me to share my journey as a published author. My mother and Marlene’s daughter Lynn finished their appointments at the same time. Ironically, Lynn lives in Los Angeles and travels to Ohio for dental care as well as spend time with her mother. Our new friends were very interested and inspired by “God Loves the Children” book to share the gospel message of salvation through healthcare. God always brings people together for His glory.
