Look for God’s Blessings

Today is Mom’s 83rd birthday. Thank you God for blessing our family with a Mother who is a role model for love and gratitude for the gift of life. She lives her life with an “attitude of gratitude” and “God loves a cheerful giver.” Like Mom, when we show gratitude expressed in action, we are more merciful and loving to other people. We let our light shine and become a beacon of light for Jesus Christ.

Growing in gratitude is a lifelong process to live in a God-centered way. When we give glory and honor to God and acknowledge his grace and mercy, we see his blessings amongst the trials that are a part of human life. Reflect and recall God’s love, constancy, and never-ending care puts everything in perspective.
